Owner’s Engineer
Provision of hands-on project management experience and technical expertise on behalf of the owner. Services as Owner’s Engineer may include developing feasibility studies, assisting in contract negotiations, reviewing the engineering design, monitoring procurement activities, participating in project risk assessments, supervision of construction and installation works, commissioning support, and assisting the owner with developing performance specifications.
Technical Advisory
Technical Advisory services can be provided at any phase of the project lifecycle. Support includes assistance developing the project concept, checking project feasibility, scoping the site assessment works and developing the associated Request for Proposals, vetting and selecting contractors, working with Lender’s Technical Advisors, and much more.
Construction Monitoring
Monitoring services during the construction and installation phase of the project focus on safety, quality, cost and schedule. With extensive experience executing complex offshore terminal projects the Nearshore 4 team is able to identify and mitigate project obstacles before they impact the project cost or schedule.
